Meet The Team
Dr. Jugun Prakash Chinta received his Master’s degree in chemistry (2004) from Andhra University and a doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (Mumbai, India) in 2011. He was a postdoctoral fellow at The Institute of Chemistry, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel) during 2012–2014. Later he worked as a DST-INSPIRE Faculty at CSIR-Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute (Bhavnagar, India). Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at National Institute of Technology Warangal. His research interests include the development of optical sensors for biomarkers of neurodegenerative diseases and metal complexes as therapeutic agents.

Anindya has pursued his master’s degree in chemistry from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad. He has served as a project assistant at CSIR – CMERI, Durgapur and also worked as a research chemist at TCG Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. He has joined our group as an institute scholar through gate at Oct, 2020 and currently working as a senior research fellow. His working area is in the field of bioinorganic chemistry, development of novel metal complexes for biosensing and therapeutic applications.
